Free Self Defense Class
Calling all Grind Ladies!
Please join us for a free Self Defense Class on Friday, September 24 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the Gym at Grace Outreach Center taught by Gabe Ratliff, a member of the Grind. This will be a great opportunity to meet other ladies in the Grind, learn how to stay safe, and have some fun too. Wear comfortable workout/exercise clothes and shoes, and bring a bottle of water. We’d love for you to bring a friend with you too.

Operation School Supply
Operation School Supply was a recent outreach that The Grind hosted here at Grace Outreach Center on August 21, 2010. We were able to greatly imapact our community by providing free backpacks filled with school supplies. Thank you Grind for helping make a difference.
