Whether you're a career woman, a mom, or an empty-nester, if you are seeking to grow in your relationship with Jesus and develop relationships with other women, we have a place for you.
Women of the Word
Women of the Word meets each week on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings to praise, pray and study God's Word together. The atmosphere is informal -- small tables for 4. Come early and join us for fellowship. On Saturday evenings from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday mornings we have prayer groups for corporate as well as personal prayer. If you are going through a tough time and want some women to pray with you, come early for prayer. At 9:15 a.m. Sunday and 5:30 p.m. Saturday we have a short praise and worship time, share praise reports about what God is doing in our lives, and meet those who are new. The lesson is usually a 30 minute teaching, a practical application of God's Word to our daily lives. We close each session with personal prayer at our tables. Women from ages 20 to 85 find hope, encouragement, compassion and friendship from their relationships with other women in the class. For more information email: connie.parker@graceoutreachcenter.org.
Girlfriends
Twice a month women of all ages meet together in a home for fun and fellowship. Meetings are usually the second and fourth Fridays of the month at 7:00 p.m. For more information email Lisa Hayman at lhayman349@verizon.net or Veronica Aaron at vrnicaron@gmail.com.
Tuesday Ladies of Grace
The Tuesday morning Ladies' Bible Study meets from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Room 213 whenever the Plano ISD is in session. Right now we are on break for the Holiday season. If you desire a deeper, more powerful prayer life, start your year off right by joining us for a new study of the book, The Master Is Calling by author Lynne Hammond. We'll start this study January 12, 2010. Childcare is available for ages 5 and under.
