As a society we are more intelligent, better informed than any previous generation. In spite of our intellectual gains our students continue to make choices that are unwise.  It is not because they are ignorant of the dangers, or have lacked instruction.  The problem lies not in the education of our brains, but in the ”forces of our heart”. King Solomon, the author of the book of Proverbs, arguably the wisest man that ever lived, instructed us “that above all else we need to  guard our hearts for out of it flows the forces of our life” (Prov 4:23).

Student Impact is proud to present Champions, a 15 week course designed to help students educate their hearts! Champions will help each student to establish their identity in Christ, identify and live out their core values and equip with the necessary tools to help them be drug free, alcohol free and sexually pure.

Student Impact and Grace Outreach Center believes that you have a choice in how you live. You don’t have to get caught up in a life of drugs, alcohol and sex. You CAN be something different.

Parents – you can make a difference in your teenager’s life. Do you feel like you’ve done all that you can do? Give your students a real advantage…help them educate their hearts…and yours.  We are offering a class just for you.  Its called “Parents of Champions”.  This companion class is offered to help you support and strengthen what your student is learning in Champions.  This class runs concurrently with Champions at 9:15am in room 201.  Call Luann Cubbage at (972)985-1112 x138 for more info.
